Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and support business objectives
• Identify, evaluate, and introduce new products and suppliers to improve quality and long-term cost savings
• Manage tendering and RFQ processes to ensure competitive sourcing and strong commercial negotiation outcomes
• Analyze stock data to prevent shortages and overstocking while improving inventory control measures
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and expand the supplier network through market research and industry engagement
• Monitor sourcing performance through reports, KPIs, and cost‑control initiatives
• Conduct supplier audits and proactively resolve product quality issues to maintain compliance standards
• Collaborate with buyers and internal stakeholders to align sourcing plans with operational and commercial needs
• Track retail market trends and support product selection decisions across physical and digital channels
• Contribute to team development, process improvements, and best procurement practices across the business

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree considered an advantage
• 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role with 2 to 4 years in retail or FMCG preferred
• Strong experience in sourcing strategy, procurement operations, and supplier relationship management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong stakeholder engagement ability
• Strong analytical mindset with high numerical aptitude and confident decision‑making
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong reporting and data interpretation capability
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills considered an added advantage
• Emirati talent preferred for this position
