Job summary

Zscaler in UAE is seeking an Account Executive, Commercial Sales, Hybrid role reporting to the Sales Director based in UAE. You will manage a territory focused on net new logos and up-sell opportunities, demonstrating the value of the Zscaler cloud transformation and AI-driven security solutions.

We require 5+ years of commercial sales experience, fluent Arabic, and a proven track record in net-new logos with channel partnerships. Hybrid work model with strong benefits and a global sales team.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and how to position AI-driven solutions.
• Fluent Arabic speaking is required.
• At least 5 years of sales experience selling to commercial accounts in Kuwait.
• Proven track record of net-new logo acquisitions and leveraging channel partners.
• Willingness to be coached and to follow a proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of UAE territory focused on net new logo and up-sell opportunities.
• Demonstrate ability to build business cases showing value at all customer levels.
• Partner with Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, Value Consulting, and Transformation teams.
• Drive pipeline generation with field marketing initiatives and channel partners.
• Execute a disciplined sales process with ownership of territory growth.
