Job summary

Help AG, a leading cybersecurity partner in the UAE, seeks a Senior Security Consultant focused on post-sales services with occasional pre-sales involvement.

You will drive Zscaler ZIA/ZPA deployments for large enterprises, designing, migrating, optimizing and troubleshooting, while mentoring engineers and coordinating with Zscaler PS and Support.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, technical excellence, documentation, and professional delivery in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, IT, CS.
• 7+ years in Cybersecurity/Network Security.
• 4+ years hands‑on with Zscaler technologies (ZIA/ZPA).
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale Zscaler deployments.
• Lead or senior engineer in large Zscaler implementations.
• Experience in high availability, migration planning, and DR for Zscaler.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders; English plus Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Zscaler SME for Help AG customers.
• Lead large and complex ZIA/ZPA deployments.
• Architect, design, implement and optimize Zscaler solutions.
• Lead technical activities across multiple customer and vendor teams.
• Develop migration strategies and runbooks for large user populations.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to other Help AG engineers.
• Conduct customer POCs and support presales with design.
