Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Commerce Cloud Specialist Solution Engineer to own pre-sales in the Middle East, based in Dubai. You will drive Commerce-led opportunities across UAE, KSA and the Gulf, collaborating with Account Execs and SEs to shape multi-cloud deals.

You’ll deliver business-value demos, design solutions, and guide ROI storytelling, while enabling the broader ME SE team. This is a high-impact regional role with top-tier customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre-sales or solution engineering for e-commerce/digital commerce.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C/B2B) or equivalents like SAP Commerce, Adobe Commerce, commercetools, Shopify Plus.
• Ability to present executive-level business value and perform technical demos.
• Strong Arabic and English communication for regional C-suite conversations.
• Experience enabling enterprise deals in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience in the Middle East or willingness to be based in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Own Commerce Cloud pre-sales engagements in the Middle East and contribute to multi-cloud deals.
• Deliver business-value driven demos and tailored technical sessions.
• Lead discovery, solution design and POC engagements for Commerce opportunities.
• Collaborate with SEs and AEs to craft winning deal strategies.
• Support proposals with sizing, architecture guidance, and ROI storytelling.
• Engage in regional events and enablement activities to support the SE team.
• Act as trusted advisor to customers across industries in the Gulf.
