Job summary

Salesforce in Dubai seeks a Commerce Cloud Specialist Solution Engineer to own pre-sales for the Middle East, embedding with a team of cloud specialists across MC, Revenue Cloud, Field Service, and Slack. You will drive Commerce-led opportunities across B2B and B2C, UAE, KSA, and the Gulf region.

You will deliver value-focused demos, lead discovery and POC engagements, craft win strategies with AEs, and build knowledge assets for the regional SE team.

Qualifications

5+ years of pre-sales or solution engineering experience in ecommerce.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar platforms.
Ability to present executive-level business value and technical demos.
Strong Arabic and English communication for the Middle East.

Responsibilities

Own all Commerce Cloud pre-sales engagements in the Middle East as the authoritative product expert.
Deliver compelling demos and technical sessions tailored to customer pain points and context.
Lead discovery, solution design, and POC engagements for Commerce opportunities.
Collaborate with Account SEs to craft winning deal strategies and address competitive threats.
