Job summary

Miral Experiences in Abu Dhabi is seeking an enthusiastic HR/Office administrator to join the Colleague Experience team. You will be the first point of contact for new joiners, delivering professional, colleague-centric services and ensuring smooth employment lifecycle support.

The role covers HR operations, onboarding, visas, data management in the HCM system, procurement support, and cross-functional collaboration to drive service excellence for colleagues across the business.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years HR or related admin experience preferred.
• Diploma/degree in HR or Business advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional colleague experience support and HR guidance.
• Ensure HR processes are followed with accuracy and compliance.
• Support onboarding, visa processing, and induction activities.
• Assist HR Service Centre and Helpdesk tasks as needed.
• Coordinate employee records, data integrity, and file management.
• Contribute to procurement, office admin, and CX initiatives.
