Job summary

Miral Experiences is seeking a Colleague Experience Executive to support onboarding, HR operations, offboarding, accommodation, transport, and immigration processes, while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

As the first point of contact for new joiners and staff, you will deliver exceptional service, manage inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to create outstanding colleague experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources or related administrative function.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted point of contact for colleagues and their families throughout the employment lifecycle.
• Support relocation, immigration, accommodation, medical insurance, onboarding, probation, and HR-related inquiries.
• Provide exceptional customer service via face-to-face, email, and Microsoft Teams.
• Manage complex colleague queries while ensuring policy compliance and positive experiences.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and government entities.
• Drive continuous improvement of service standards and KPIs.
