Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare special meals or substitute items according to recipes.
• Regulate oven, broiler, grill, and roaster temperatures and monitor cooking times.
• Maintain food logs and ensure proper portioning and presentation.
• Inform Chef of excess food items for daily specials and communicate menu updates to service staff.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and company policies; complete safety training and certifications.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating staff.
