• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare special meals or substitute items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters to ensure safety and consistency.
• Inform staff of menu specials and out of stock items; communicate during busy periods.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees; serve as a role model.
