Job summary

You will support the Chef with hiring, training, scheduling, and staff coaching, and coordinate with Food & Beverage service to share menu specials and ensure smooth operations

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and garnish.
• Maintain food logs and monitor quality/quantity.
• Inform staff of menu specials and out-of-stock items.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching.
