Job summary

NH Collection Dubai The Palm seeks a seasoned Cluster Director of Revenue Management to drive revenue across Dukes The Palm Dubai and NH Collection Dubai The Palm. You will lead pricing, forecasting, inventory, and distribution strategies to maximize ADR, RevPAR, and profitability while coordinating with General Managers and department heads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in hotel revenue management, preferably upscale or luxury hotels.
• Experience in a cluster or multi-property revenue leadership role is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai hospitality market and competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize ADR, RevPAR, occupancy and profitability.
• Lead pricing, inventory optimization, forecasting, and distribution strategies across market segments.
• Analyze market trends, competitor performance, demand patterns, and opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor performance against budgets, forecasts and benchmarks; implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular revenue and commercial strategy meetings with GMs and department heads.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Finance and Operations to align commercial objectives.
• Optimize distribution channels including OTAs, direct bookings, corporate accounts, and wholesale partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to maximize total hotel revenue including F&B and ancillary services.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, revenue reports and strategic recommendations.
• Lead and develop revenue management teams with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
