Job summary

Minor International is seeking an experienced Cluster Director of Revenue Management to lead pricing, inventory, forecasting, and distribution for NH Collection Dubai The Palm and Dukes The Palm Dubai Hotel. The role demands strategic thinking, strong analytics, and a proven track record in upscale markets.

You will partner with GMs and heads of Sales, Marketing, Finance to maximize ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in hotel revenue management, preferably within upscale or luxury hotels.
• Previous experience in a cluster or multi-property revenue leadership role is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai hospitality market and competitive landscape.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, improve market share, and maximize profitability.
• Proficiency in revenue management systems, PMS, distribution platforms, and analytical reporting tools.
• Excellent strategic thinking, financial analysis, forecasting, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies for both properties to maximize ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and profitability.
• Lead pricing, inventory optimization, forecasting, and distribution strategies across all market segments.
• Analyze market trends, competitor performance, demand patterns, and business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, implementing corrective strategies.
• Lead regular revenue and commercial strategy meetings with General Managers and department heads.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Finance, and Operations to align objectives.
