Minor Hotels seeks a dynamic Cluster Director of Revenue Management for NH Collection Dubai The Palm and Dukes The Palm Dubai Hotel. You will drive revenue growth by optimizing ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy across both properties through pricing, forecasting, and distribution strategy.

The role requires deep knowledge of the Dubai market, strong analytics, and leadership to guide a high-performing revenue team. A Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years in hotel revenue management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel revenue management, preferably in upscale/luxury properties.
• Strong analytical and financial forecasting skills.
• Ability to lead a multi-property revenue team and partner with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue strategies for two properties to maximize ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy.
• Lead pricing, inventory optimization, forecasting, and distribution across market segments.
• Monitor market trends and competitor performance to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Finance, and Operations to align commercial objectives.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and revenue reports; present strategic recommendations.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, commercial acumen, and a passion for driving exceptional business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective revenue management strategies for both properties to maximize ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and overall profitability.Lead pricing, inventory optimization, forecasting, and distribution strategies across all market segments.Analyze market trends, competitor performance, demand patterns, and business opportunities to drive revenue growth.Monitor hotel performance against budgets, forecasts, and competitive benchmarks, implementing corrective strategies where necessary.Conduct regular revenue and commercial strategy meetings with General Managers and department heads.Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment of commercial objectives.Optimize distribution channels, including OTAs, direct bookings, corporate accounts, and wholesale partnerships.Identify opportunities to maximize total hotel revenue, including rooms, F&B, and ancillary services.Prepare accurate forecasts, annual budgets, revenue reports, and strategic recommendations.Lead and develop the revenue management team, promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with Minor Hotels' revenue management policies, standards, and best practices.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in hotel revenue management, preferably within upscale or luxury hotels.Previous experience in a cluster or multi-property revenue leadership role is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of the Dubai hospitality market and competitive landscape.Proven ability to drive revenue growth, improve market share, and maximize profitability.Proficiency in revenue management systems, PMS, distribution platforms, and analytical reporting tools.Excellent strategic thinking, financial analysis, forecasting, and decision-making abilities.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-property environment.Join our team and be part of our journey toward revenue excellence!Not the right fit?
