Job summary

Minor Hotels in Dubai seeks an experienced Cluster Director of Revenue Management to lead revenue strategies for Dukes The Palm Dubai and NH Collection Dubai The Palm. You will drive ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy through pricing, inventory, and distribution optimization while collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Finance, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Must have 5–7 years of progressive experience in hotel revenue management.
• Experience in a cluster or multi-property revenue leadership role is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai hospitality market and competitive landscape.
• Proficiency in revenue management systems, PMS, distribution platforms, and analytical reporting tools.
• Excellent strategic thinking, financial analysis, forecasting, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies for two properties to maximize ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and profitability.
• Lead pricing, inventory optimization, forecasting, and distribution strategies across market segments.
• Analyze market trends, competitor performance, demand patterns, and opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor performance against budgets/forecasts and implement corrective actions.
• Lead revenue management meetings with GMs and department heads to align commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Finance, and Operations for revenue alignment.
• Optimize distribution channels including OTAs, direct bookings, corporate accounts, and wholesale.
• Identify opportunities to maximize total hotel revenue including F&B and ancillary services.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, revenue reports, and strategic recommendations.
• Lead and develop the revenue management team with a culture of accountability and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Minor Hotels' RM policies and best practices.
