Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group in Dubai Festival City is seeking a Cluster Revenue Executive to lead pricing, forecasting and revenue strategy across multiple hotels. You will monitor rates, conduct demand analysis, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Revenue teams to implement promotions that align with our strategic goals.

The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to forecast 12 months ahead, and a proactive, independent working style.

Qualifications

• Understanding pricing strategy and forecasting for the next 12 months.
• Ability to conduct daily forecast by market segment for 30–90 days.
• Provide critical analysis of strategies, seasons, statistics and demand factors.

Responsibilities

• Understand pricing strategy, monitor, and adjust rates for the future.
• Forecasting and 12‑month planning with 30–90 day granularity.
• Conduct competitive and demand analysis to stay ahead of market trends.
• Monitor competitors’ pricing and market trends for parity and advantage.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Revenue teams to develop promotions aligned with strategy.
• Maintain accurate rates and inventory across channels to promote rate parity.
