Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group at Dubai Festival City seeks a Cluster Revenue Executive to lead pricing strategy, forecast demand, and maximize top-line revenue across four hotels.

You will monitor rates, analyze markets and competitors, collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Revenue teams, and use revenue management software to optimize distribution and inventory, ensuring rate parity and strong performance.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret pricing and demand trends.
• Ability to forecast 12 months ahead and 30–90 day horizons.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Revenue teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand pricing strategy and adjust rates.
• Forecast demand and prepare 12-month outlook by market segment.
• Provide analysis of strategies, seasons, statistics and demand factors.
• Monitor competitors pricing and market trends.
• Maintain data integrity across distribution channels.
• Collaborate to develop promotions aligned with strategy.
• Manage inventory distribution and rate parity across channels.
• Develop top-line revenue forecasts for the Revenue Director.
• Analyze marketing reach across OTAs and ensure accuracy of reports.
