Job summary

Westin Hotels & Resorts in Dubai Marina is seeking a Revenue Management professional to assist in maximizing cluster rooms revenue by managing inventory and pricing strategies. You will support forecast accuracy and the preparation of market analyses for strategy meetings.

You will help with system maintenance, rate restrictions, and reporting, while training new associates on revenue management tools and contributing to the hotel’s sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of rooms inventory to maximize cluster rooms revenue, and maintain information accuracy.
• Assist in preparing competitive analyses and supporting documents for market strategy meetings.
• Assist in managing room authorizations, rates, and restrictions and communicate strategies to properties.
• Perform revenue management month-end reporting, forecasting, and provide forward-looking information.
