Dukes The Palm Dubai Hotel is seeking a Cluster Government Relation Manager to oversee visa processing, permits and licenses for employees and entertainers, coordinating with MOHRE, GDRFA, Dubai Municipality, DED and other authorities.

You will ensure compliance with evolving regulations, manage sponsorships and cancellations, and support hotel management with approvals and inspections, leveraging experience in a large luxury hotel or pre-opening projects.

Formación

• Minimum experience as Government Relation Manager or in a similar role within hospitality.
• Active listening and effective communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration procedures, and government regulations.
• Experience in a large luxury hotel (500+ keys) and pre-opening experience is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee processing of all visas and permits (employment, residence) for employees and entertainers.
• Liaise with authorities including MOHRE, GDRFA, Dubai Municipality, DED and others.
• Monitor renewal of licenses and permits (hotel license, liquor trading, chamber registrations, civil defense).
• Stay up to date with changes in laws and procedures; manage document submissions to immigration/labour offices.
• Support hotel management with government approvals, inspections and documentation.
