Minor Food Holding Co., Ltd. seeks a Cluster Government Relation Manager for our Dukes The Palm Dubai Hotel to manage visas, permits and registrations, liaising with MOHRE, GDRFA, Dubai Municipality and other authorities.

You will monitor licenses, ensure compliance with UAE labor law, and support management with regulatory approvals, inspections and documentation required for hospitality operations in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Competenze

• Proven work experience as a Government Relation Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and immigration procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple regulatory tasks in a fast-paced hotel environment.

We are currently looking for a Cluster Government Relation Manager

As a Cluster Government Relation Manager, you are responsible for the processing of all transactions relating to visas, permits, licenses, and registration while liaising with various government departments and agencies, and your role will include key responsibilities such as:

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the processing of all types of visas, including employment visas, residence visas for employees as well as for entertainers and guest required visas
• Liaise with government authorities including MOHRE, GDRFA, Dubai Municipality, DED, and other regulatory bodies.
• Monitor the renewal of permits and licenses, including hotel trade license, liquor trading license, chamber of commerce certificates of registration, civil defense certificate for the hotel, etc.
• Be up to date with regard to any changes or amendments to the prevailing laws/rules/regulations, changes in forms/formats, and other procedures
• Ensure that all relevant documents are submitted periodically to the immigration/labour office with regard to cancelled / absconding employees in order to be deleted from the hotel's sponsorship list
• Ensure the departure and exit formalities for employees are completed after cancellation of visas
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, minimizing the risk of penalties and fines.
• Support hotel management with government-related approvals, inspections, and documentation.

Experience:

Previous experience in a large hotel with at least 500 keys in a luxury property required Pre-opening experience is an advantage
