IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Club InterContinental Supervisor for our Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa. You will lead the Club InterContinental operations, deliver personalised service, and supervise a multi-skilled team to maintain seamless guest journeys.

The role requires 3–4 years in Front Office, Guest Services, or F&B within luxury settings, with a professional communication style and leadership by example.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years' experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or Food & Beverage within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong understanding of personalised, high-end guest service.
• Confident, polished, and professional communication style.
• Natural leadership with the ability to lead by example.
• Experience with Opera or a similar PMS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of Club InterContinental, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out experiences.
• Supervise Club Lounge service across breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails, and all-day refreshments.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a multi-skilled team to deliver refined service standards.
• Ensure service flows seamlessly, standards remain impeccable, and guest preferences are anticipated.
• Work closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping to deliver seamless guest journeys.
• Handle guest feedback and concerns with discretion and professionalism.
• Ensure Club guests receive priority recognition and personalised attention at touchpoints.
• Support billing accuracy, cost awareness, and compliance with procedures.
• Ensure full compliance with IHG brand standards, hygiene, safety, and local regulations.
