InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is seeking a Club InterContinental Supervisor to lead a multi-skilled team and deliver seamless, personalised luxury experiences from check-in to departure.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years’ experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or Food & Beverage within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Previous supervisory exposure in a guest-facing or service leadership role.
• Strong understanding of personalised, high-end guest service.
• Confident, polished, and professional communication style.
• Natural leadership approach with the ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of Club InterContinental, ensuring smooth and personalised check-in and check-out experiences.
• Supervise Club Lounge service across breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails, and all-day refreshments.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a multi-skilled team to deliver consistent, refined service standards.
• Ensure service flows seamlessly, standards remain impeccable, and guest preferences are anticipated.
• Work closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping to deliver seamless guest journeys.
• Handle guest feedback and concerns with discretion, confidence, and professionalism.
• Ensure Club guests receive priority recognition and personalised attention at every touchpoint.
• Support billing accuracy, cost awareness, and compliance with established procedures.
• Ensure full compliance with IHG brand standards, hygiene, safety, and local regulations.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

What We need from you:

• 3–4 years’ experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or Food & Beverage within a luxury hotel or resort

• Previous supervisory exposure in a guest-facing or service leadership role

• Strong understanding of personalised, high-end guest service

• Confident, polished, and professional communication style

• Natural leadership approach with the ability to lead by example

• Experience with Opera or a similar PMS preferred

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
