Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Club InterContinental Supervisor to lead daily Club InterContinental operations, ensuring personalised check-in/out and seamless lounge service. You will coach a multi-skilled team and collaborate with Front Office, Guest Relations, F&B and Housekeeping to deliver refined experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years’ experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or Food & Beverage within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Previous supervisory exposure in a guest-facing or service leadership role.
• Strong understanding of personalised, high-end guest service.
• Confident, polished, and professional communication style.
• Natural leadership approach with the ability to lead by example.
• Experience with Opera or a similar PMS preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Club InterContinental daily operations and ensure personalised check-in/out.
• Supervise Club Lounge service across breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails, and all-day refreshments.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a multi-skilled team to maintain refined service standards.
• Ensure service flows are seamless, standards impeccable, and guest preferences anticipated.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Guest Relations, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping to deliver seamless guest journeys.
• Address guest feedback and concerns with discretion, confidence, and professionalism.
• Ensure Club guests receive priority recognition and personalised attention at all touchpoints.
