Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Club InterContinental Supervisor for the Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa. You will lead front office and lounge operations, delivering personalised luxury experiences from arrival to departure.

Daily tasks include overseeing check-in/out, supervising lounge service, and coaching a multi-skilled team to uphold impeccable standards. A luxury hotel background and Opera PMS familiarity are preferred; flexibility to work shifts is required.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years’ experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or Food & Beverage at a luxury hotel or resort.
• Previous supervisory exposure in a guest-facing or service leadership role.
• Strong understanding of personalised, high-end guest service.
• Confident, polished, and professional communication style.
• Natural leadership with the ability to lead by example.
• Experience with Opera or a similar PMS preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Club InterContinental, ensuring smooth check-in/out experiences.
• Supervise Club Lounge service across breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails, and all-day refreshments.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a multi-skilled team to deliver consistent, refined service standards.
• Ensure service flows seamlessly, standards remain impeccable, and guest preferences are anticipated.
• Work closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping to deliver seamless guest journeys.
• Handle guest feedback and concerns with discretion, confidence, and professionalism.
• Ensure Club guests receive priority recognition and personalised attention at every touchpoint.
• Support billing accuracy, cost awareness, and compliance with established procedures.
• Ensure full compliance with IHG brand standards, hygiene, safety, and local regulations.
