Qualifications

• Proficient in basic data gathering and analysis.
• Bachelors degree in Business Management, Logistics or related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in dispatch operations or logistics, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in basic computer applications.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in cloud kitchen operations as kitchen supervisor or associate supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team of dispatch support leads and service providers.
• Ensure shift checklists are completed for opening, mid, and closing.
• Ensure all devices and internet connections function during shifts.
• Oversee dispatch team, providing training and support as needed.
• Oversee dispatching of orders from partners to riders.
• Resolve order/delivery issues and coordinate with customers, riders and service center.
• Ensure partners comply with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
• Perform regular food safety checks and audits.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication among customers, riders and dispatchers.
• Ensure dispatch activities comply with company policies and regulations.
• Report shift problems to kitchen managers and rectify where possible.
• Monitor kitchen performance metrics such as FIR, AVTC, Vendor Delay, Vendor Net Fail.
• Ensure visitors complete health declarations before entering the kitchen.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
