Job summary

Talabat is seeking a Cloud Kitchens Manager - Cluster Operations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates to lead a multi-site cloud-kitchen network, drive cost efficiency and maintain food-safety standards across partner brands.

The role oversees several kitchen locations, coordinates across brands, manages P&L performance, optimizes utilization, and develops teams to deliver fast, reliable service in a high-volume delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in quick-service or cloud-kitchen operations.
• Leading supervisors and dispatchers across multi-site operations.
• Strong understanding of restaurant P&L and operating costs.
• Proficiency in Excel and analytics tools (Looker/Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activity across multiple cloud-kitchen locations.
• Maintain standards for service speed, quality and execution.
• Review P&L results and identify causes of underperformance.
• Introduce measures that reduce food and operational wastage.
• Coordinate with partner representatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead supervisors and dispatchers across locations.
• Organize rotating shifts according to volume.
• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and delivery activities.
• Drive initiatives to increase revenue and kitchen utilization.
• Deliver the commercial and operating targets assigned to the cluster.
