Job summary

RTC-1 Work Solutions in Dubai is seeking a Cloud Kitchen Manager to oversee high‑volume cloud kitchen operations, ensuring quality, speed, and accuracy while exceeding customer expectations.

You will manage labor costs, inventory and stock, scheduling, daily purchasing, and enforce local safety and sanitation rules, building a cohesive team and driving ongoing development of kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• Age 40 years and listed below.
• At least 3 years of experience in restaurant or cloud kitchen operations and kitchen management.
• Solid understanding of local food laws, codes of practice, quality standards, health and safety regulations.
• Experience in at least 3 cuisines: American, Arabic, Lebanese, Italian, Asian, Pastry shop.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operation with high quality, speed and accuracy to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Manage kitchen controls such as labor cost, inventory and stock management, scheduling, daily purchasing.
• Follow and enforce compliance to all restaurant safety and sanitation plans and procedures per local codes.
• Maintain a cooperative and unified working relationship between management and kitchen staff.
• Assist in ongoing development, training and retention of kitchen staff.
