Job summary

Dubai Holding is seeking a visionary VP to lead Infrastructure, Cloud and Operations, reporting to the Chief Technology Officer. The role directs enterprise infrastructure strategy, cloud transformation, and technology operations to ensure a secure, scalable, and high-performance digital foundation across the group.

You will steer multi-cloud and AI-enabled operations, implement IaC, drive cost optimization and governance, and build high-performing teams while maintaining strict security,

Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, and operations.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale infrastructure and cloud transformations.
• Strong vendor management and financial governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise infrastructure and cloud strategy.
• Lead multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud initiatives across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Own end-to-end IT infrastructure operations and service delivery.
• Drive ITIL-aligned service management and resilience strategies.
• Oversee governance, cost control, and vendor negotiations.
