Qualifications

• Experience managing a UAE clinic or healthcare facility.
• Track record of improving service quality and efficiency.
• Familiar with clinic systems and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Keep appointments, rosters, patient flow and facilities running smoothly.
• Improve patient experience from enquiry to follow-up.
• Lead and coach front-office and support teams with clinicians.
• Enhance conversion, attendance, capacity utilisation and revenue while respecting patient needs.
• Maintain SOPs, reporting accuracy, and billing readiness for healthcare requirements.
