Job summary

OnTime Group UAE invites an experienced Clinic Manager to lead the daily operations of its Dubai aesthetic clinic. The role focuses on coordinating a high-caliber team, delivering exceptional patient experiences, and driving clinic performance in a premium healthcare environment.

You will ensure DHA compliance, manage appointments and resources, and collaborate with medical and management teams to launch and grow the clinic while maintaining service standards and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Clinic Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of clinic operations and patient experience.
• Experience in UAE healthcare or aesthetic clinics is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Commercial mindset with focus on sales, retention and performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
• Lead, coordinate and support the clinic team to maintain high standards.
• Manage the patient journey and ensure excellent service delivery.
• Monitor appointments, staff schedules, resources and supplies.
• Support sales, patient retention and clinic performance targets.
• Ensure DHA compliance and adherence to health and safety standards.
