Job summary

NMC Healthcare in Dubai is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee clinical and administrative functions in a busy medical centre, ensuring excellent patient service, quality, and cost control in line with company strategy.

Responsibilities include implementing Quality SOPs, coordinating with Quality Manager, supervising front office, inventory, cleaning, waste, and routine checks, managing staff rosters and attendance, and ensuring MOH compliance and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• College Diploma in any discipline or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Implement and Improve Quality SOPs and work closely with Quality Manager.
• Coordinate Insurance process at clinic level.
• Supervise daily accounts.
• Coordinate with store; and raw materials purchase, movement and usage.
• Supervise house-keeping & waste disposal.
• Coordinate routine checks in treatment and procedure rooms to ensure quality and expiry dates.
• Maintain MOH compliance for clinic, doctors and staff.
• Manage patient contact details and internal documents.
• Coordinate with Lab and Radiology and ensure reports accuracy.
• Supervise front office administration and schedule monthly duty roaster.
• Supervise attendance and reporting of staff.
• Ensure presence in public areas to assist patients and deliver service.
• Train and develop staff per HR guidance.
