Job summary

NMC Healthcare is seeking an experienced registered nurse to lead the nursing team in a dynamic hospital unit in Dubai. You will oversee safe, effective patient care, plan and evaluate nursing interventions, and ensure high standards in clinical documentation.

You will coordinate with the Nursing Supervisor on staffing, participate in CQI activities, and act as a clinical resource for staff. Strong English communication and cross-department collaboration are essential.
