Job summary

NMC Healthcare in the UAE seeks an experienced Operations Executive to develop and implement an operational strategy aligned with business objectives and to drive sustainable growth of the hospital cluster. You will lead and manage the team across clinical, financial, HR, procurement and admin functions while monitoring performance against targets.

Qualifications

Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
10+ years’ experience in a relevant healthcare leadership role.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and strategic thinking in healthcare settings.
Experience working in the UAE healthcare market is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategy to drive hospital performance and growth.
Lead and manage the team across functions and sites.
Oversee hospital operations including clinical services, finance, HR, procurement, support services, and administration.
Drive initiatives to achieve EBITDA targets in line with objectives.
Monitor operational KPIs, patient experience, and service delivery standards.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and cost optimisation activities.
Ensure recruitment, onboarding, training and retention of staff.
Promote a high-performance culture and develop leaders.
Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory healthcare framework and governance standards.
