Job summary

You will drive growth, ensure efficient and profitable hospital operations, and lead clinical and corporate functions to meet regulatory standards.

The role requires oversight of governance, risk management, patient experience, and revenue cycle processes, with emphasis on continuous improvement and people development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Experience in healthcare operations within UAE is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage hospital operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and profitability.
• Drive sustainable business development and growth through strategic initiatives.
• Oversee clinical management, HR, finance, procurement, and admin functions.
• Monitor KPIs, patient experience, and service delivery standards to improve outcomes.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasting, and cost optimisation.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain competent staff across functions.
