Job summary

Mediclinic Parkview Hospital in Dubai is seeking an administrative support professional to assist the Physician Clinics, helping nurses and physicians focus on delivering high-quality clinical care with a focus on accuracy and courteous service.

You will manage patient enrollment and administration in the outpatient setting, ensure stock levels, handle insurance information, and communicate clearly in English to support patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Essential: High School Diploma or equivalent (Grade 12).
• Desired: Secretarial Diploma.
• Experience in healthcare administration is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and medical terminology.
• Knowledge of insurance claim procedures and patient records.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration support to Clinic Physicians and Outpatient operations.
• Handle patient administration and scheduling in the outpatient setting.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure proper stock control.
• Promote patient satisfaction through accurate and timely service.
• Ensure medical insurance information for patients is up to date and correct.
