Job summary

NMC Group Services seeks a senior operations leader to develop and implement an operational strategy aligned with business objectives for the Dubai cluster. You will drive growth, ensure efficient and profitable hospital operations, and lead clinical and corporate functions to meet regulatory standards.

The role requires oversight of governance, risk management, patient experience, and revenue cycle processes, with emphasis on continuous improvement and people development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Experience in healthcare operations within UAE is preferred.

Minimum Qualification & Experiences

Master’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field.10+ years’ experience in relevant role of healthcare experience in UAE will be an advantage
