Job summary

Inspire Selection is seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support a busy multinational recruitment department. You will manage travel bookings, data tracking, offer document collation, and onboarding tasks while communicating with senior managers.

The role requires experience in HR/recruitment in a multinational environment, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail. UAE residency is required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR/Recruitment within a multinational environment.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail with handling sensitive information.
• Confidence to liaise with senior managers.
• Degree holders would be given preference.
• Advanced Excel skills with formulas on spreadsheets.
• Only candidates currently present in the UAE will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Booking hotels and flights for shortlisted candidates.
• Creating spreadsheets to track large volumes of data and flag issues to the recruitment manager.
• Liaising with line managers on requirements for vacancies.
• Updating senior managers with candidate information at each stage of the recruitment process.
• Managing the collation of documents for offer letters, visa processing and references.
• Updating HR database.
• Assisting with onboarding.
