Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end relocation services from needs assessment to settling-in.
• Act as main point of contact for relocating employees and families.
• Liaise with client HR to ensure service delivery aligns with policies and timelines.
• Coordinate multiple relocation activities, appointments and stakeholders; manage schedules.
• Proactively identify client needs and provide practical, solution-driven support.
• Coordinate with internal teams, Field Consultants and partners for timely service delivery.
• Maintain updates in Zoho with itineraries, reports, lease details and milestones.
• Participate in calls, meetings and continuous learning to improve service quality.
• Handle escalations per client guidelines, escalate to Operations Manager when required.
• Build strong relationships with clients, assignees, field consultants and partners.
