Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi seeks a Mandatory Compliance Coordinator to manage client coordination and support upselling initiatives across our service portfolio. You will prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments after lead allocation.

The role requires understanding UAE corporate services, cross-selling opportunities, and driving revenue growth while ensuring accurate documentation and timely service delivery to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales and solution selling.
• Knowledge of UAE corporate services and company formation processes.
• Proven ability to identify cross-selling opportunities across service lines.
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for clients after lead allocation and coordinate with internal experts.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals, negotiating deals with clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Banking, PRO, Accounting, Tax, Operations) to deliver services.
• Maintain accurate client data and ensure smooth internal handovers.
