Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking a Mandatory Compliance Coordinator to manage client coordination and support upselling initiatives after company formation. You will prepare quotations and commercial proposals, negotiate deals, and serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments.

Post-incorporation, you will ensure crisis management, transparent communication, and strong connectivity with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery and sustained satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales and delivering solutions.
• Knowledge of UAE corporate services and business support.
• Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell based on client needs.
• Strong CRM usage and data hygiene.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build and retain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients after lead allocation.
• Coordinate with internal experts to propose suitable services.
• Schedule and attend client meetings with subject matter experts.
• Ensure effective communication between clients and internal departments.
• Manage client expectations related to timelines and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services.
• Support experts in offering bundled services (e.g., banking, visa, accounting, tax).
• Assist in finalizing scope, pricing, and service structure before quotation submission.
• Maintain a client-centric approach while contributing to revenue growth.
