Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a VIP Sales Coordinator in Abu Dhabi to coordinate VIP and high-net-worth customer journeys, support sales performance, and manage CRM activities. You will deliver high-touch experiences across project launches, exclusive events, and post-sale activities, working with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth transactions and premium service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end customer journey for VIP, high-net-worth, and high-profile clients, ensuring an exceptional and personalized experience throughout all sales stages.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers, senior management, sales teams, and key stakeholders to support business growth and customer retention.
• Support the VIP Sales team in achieving sales targets by managing customer inquiries, registrations, bookings, follow-ups, and transaction coordination.
• Prepare and analyze VIP sales reports, customer insights, performance dashboards, and management presentations to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage and maintain accurate customer data, classifications, referrals, and sales opportunities through Salesforce and internal systems.
• Coordinate exclusive project launches, private previews, and VIP events, including invitations, customer lists, registrations, unit preferences, sales materials, and launch-day operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, Operations, and other departments to ensure seamless transaction completion and premium customer service delivery.
• Lead the coordination of employee purchase programs, including registrations, eligibility verification, payment plans, quotas, and customer support throughout the purchase journey.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, launch communications, and customer engagement content to support new project releases and sales campaigns.
• Monitor pending cases, customer requests, and sales opportunities to ensure timely follow-up and efficient issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer loyalty, retention, and engagement through personalized experiences, exclusive benefits, and VIP initiatives.
• Provide management with market feedback, customer insights, and recommendations to improve sales performance and elevate the VIP customer experience.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion when dealing with high-profile and VIP customers.
• Deliver operational, analytical, and administrative support to the VIP Sales department, ensuring efficient processes and successful execution of business objectives.
