In this role you will own operations, mentor CST members, collaborate with ad ops, product, engineering and creative teams, and define vertical strategy, ensuring rigorous execution and data-driven improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive years of experience in account management/client services in digital performance marketing.
• Proactive with excellent project management, organizational, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience managing performance advertisers and understanding their challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead CST teams on process updates and product priorities.
• Collaborate with ad operations, product development, engineering and creative teams to resolve complex client issues.
• Drive mobile app-focused ad product adoption, and incorporate marketplace feedback into product strategies.
• Mentor and coach the team to become a first-class unit.
