Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing or advertising, ideally consumer/CPG
• Proven ability to develop and execute full-funnel digital strategies across branding, consideration, and performance
• Strong analytical and consultative skills to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Fluency in Turkish and English with clear communication abilities for Turkey and South Asia markets
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow post-sale relationships with Consumer advertisers.
• Develop understanding of clients’ objectives, journeys, and challenges.
• Identify growth opportunities: upsell, cross-sell, incremental investment.
• Conduct strategic business reviews and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decisions using data.
• Collaborate with partners on pre-sales research and pitches.
• Develop and execute full-funnel TikTok strategies across multiple formats.
