Job summary

RINA in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Middle East Business Support Advisor to manage administrative tasks from creating customer records to issuing invoices, ensuring smooth interactions and efficient operations.

You will handle data management, offer documents, contract and order processing, invoicing, payments, timesheets, customer communication and issue resolution within the Middle East and India Engineering Commercial Management division.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate customer records in the database.
• Update customers on order status and expected delivery dates.
• Provide customer with complete and accurate offer documents.
• Generate and issue invoices to customers based on sales orders or service agreements.
• Monitor and track customer payments; coordinate with finance for timely processing.
• Remind technical staff to submit accurate timesheets for each project.
• Communicate with customers to provide information about products, services, and order status.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
• Maintain compliant documentation of customer communications, transactions, and invoices.
