Job summary

Royal Rajab Trading Company LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Female Sales & Admin Coordinator for building materials. You will handle client communications, generate quotations, follow up on bills, and support daily office administration alongside the indoor sales team.

You will assist the Accountant with filing tax invoices, delivery notes, and daily transaction documentation, while maintaining orderly filing systems and email workflows.

Qualifications

• Female candidate only.
• Visa on Husband/Father/Spouse visa with valid residence.
• Experience in trading/showroom/building materials is a strong plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and managing emails.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and filing skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and prepare price quotations for building materials.
• Follow up on payments and track pending invoices.
• Assist the Accountant with filing tax invoices and documents.
• Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems.
• Monitor official emails and ensure timely responses to suppliers and customers.
