Job summary

EPAM Systems in Dubai seeks a Client Partner to bridge global delivery with local needs across UAE and GCC. The role is hybrid with regular client site visits and a commercial mindset to support account growth across diverse sectors.

You will coordinate between local stakeholders and EPAM’s delivery, engineering, and practice teams, while driving client engagement and successful outcomes in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional IT services, digital consulting, business development, or client account management.
• Familiarity with GCC/UAE business environment and technology landscape.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, marketing, economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support senior Client Partners in managing ongoing client relationships and inquiries.
• Coordinate internal activities between local client stakeholders and EPAM’s distributed delivery, engineering, and practice teams.
• Assist in preparing commercial proposals, RFPs/RFIs, presentations, and pitch decks for clients.
• Monitor project milestones, resource allocation, and delivery status with Delivery Managers to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.
• Conduct market research on regional industry trends, competitor landscapes, and target accounts in UAE and GCC.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and status reviews, preparing meeting minutes and follow-up reports.

Responsibilities

• Support senior Client Partners in managing ongoing client relationships, tracking account health metrics, and addressing day-to-day client inquiries
• Coordinate internal activities as the primary contact between local client stakeholders and EPAM’s distributed delivery, engineering, and practice teams
• Assist in preparing commercial proposals, RFPs/RFIs, presentations, and pitch decks for prospective and existing clients
• Monitor project milestones, resource allocation, and delivery status with Delivery Managers to ensure projects stay on track and within scope
• Conduct market research on regional industry trends, competitor landscapes, and target accounts across key verticals in the UAE and GCC
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and status reviews, preparing accurate meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up reports

Requirements

• Three to six years of professional experience in IT services, digital consulting, business development, or client account management
• Familiarity with the GCC and UAE business environment and technology landscape
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Basic understanding of software engineering, cloud technologies, and digital transformation concepts
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
