Job summary

EPAM Systems in Dubai is seeking a Client Partner to bridge local client needs with global delivery, supporting account growth across diverse sectors. The role is hybrid with regular client site visits.

You will back senior Client Partners, coordinate with delivery teams, and help prepare proposals, RFPs/RFIs, and pitches. A background in IT services and digital transformation is essential, along with strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional experience in IT services, digital consulting, business development, or client account management.
• Familiarity with the GCC/UAE business environment and technology landscape.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of software engineering, cloud technologies, and digital transformation concepts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support senior Client Partners in managing ongoing client relationships and tracking account health metrics.
• Coordinate internal activities as the primary contact between local client stakeholders and EPAM’s delivery teams.
• Assist in preparing commercial proposals, RFPs/RFIs, presentations, and pitch decks.
• Monitor project milestones, resource allocation, and delivery status to keep projects on track.
• Conduct market research on regional industry trends and target accounts in UAE and GCC.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and status reviews, and prepare meeting minutes and follow-up reports.
