Renascence in Dubai is seeking a results-driven Manager to own end-to-end delivery of client engagements, balancing scope, timelines and quality. You will lead a mixed team, manage risks, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure excellent outcomes.

You will coach consultants, drive performance, and identify opportunities to support business development with the account lead. This role is hybrid and based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Proven delivery ownership of consulting engagements or equivalent projects.
• Strong people leadership — you get the best from a mixed team under pressure.
• Confident senior-stakeholder management and commercial awareness.
• Excellent structuring, communication and quality judgement.
• Typically 6-9 years of experience, including team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of an engagement to the outcomes the client signed up for.
• Lead the project team day-to-day — planning, allocating work and unblocking people.
• Manage scope, timeline, budget and risk, and renegotiate sensibly when reality shifts.
• Be the primary point of contact for the client's working-level and senior stakeholders.
• Safeguard the quality and coherence of every deliverable that leaves the team.
• Coach and develop consultants, giving direct, useful feedback.
• Spot follow-on opportunities and support business development with the account lead.
