Responsibilities

• Lead one or more workstreams end-to-end and own their quality, narrative and outcome.
• Apply design thinking and structured problem-solving to problems with real ambiguity and stakes.
• Shape the overall storyline of a deliverable, not just the analyses.
• Mentor junior team members, review their work and raise the bar on rigour.
• Manage day-to-day client contact within your workstream and build trust.
