Renascence in Dubai is seeking a Program Manager to keep complex, multi-team delivery on the rails. You will orchestrate workstreams, track dependencies, risk and milestones, run the reporting rhythm and surface problems early with a path back to green.

The role acts as the operating backbone of a program, coordinating people and resources across teams in a hybrid arrangement. This contract engagement emphasizes project delivery, not a fixed schedule.

• Proven PMO delivery on multi-team initiatives.
• Mastery of planning, dependencies and risk management.
• Excellent written communication and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-workstream programs and impose reporting discipline across teams.
• Track dependencies, risks, milestones and actions across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Run the operating rhythm — status reporting, steering materials and escalation.
• Keep complex delivery on time, in scope and clearly communicated to every stakeholder.
• Maintain the single source of truth for plans, RAID logs and decisions.
• Coordinate people and resources across teams without formal authority over them.
• Surface problems early, always with a proposed path back to green.
