Job summary

Ruad Consulting invites an experienced Consulting Manager to lead engagements in Dubai and across the MENA region. You will manage a team of consultants, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver high-impact client outcomes through strong leadership and hands-on consulting excellence.

The role requires deep expertise in excellence models, governance, and digital transformation, with frequent travel across Amman, Dubai, and Riyadh. Relocation flexibility is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in management consulting, business development, or strategic advisory.
• Proven experience in leading consulting projects, business strategy, and client management.
• Willingness to travel frequently and relocate based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end consulting projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and impact.
• Provide expertise in business strategy, operational improvement, digital transformation, and innovation management.
• Develop and implement excellence frameworks, strategic roadmaps, and performance improvement plans.
• Lead business development, RFP responses, and client negotiations.
